Fixing Workflows

When work is slow, unclear, or constantly reworked, I step in to untangle how it actually flows. I clarify ownership, tighten workflows, and align tools to real needs so teams can execute faster without breaking as they scale.

You're spending $1000s on tools your team isn't using. Teams need a strategy and support to go from manual process to AI enabled delivery.

Most teams don’t have a tools problem—they have a workflow problem. I regularly find thousands of dollars in unused software, duplicated systems, and manual processes that slow execution and frustrate teams. My work is about simplifying how work actually gets done, so your systems support your people instead of getting in the way.

This work is best suited for leadership teams who are scaling, feeling operational friction, or trying to turn AI from experimentation into real execution.

How I Approach Process Optimization

I specialize in designing and implementing practical operational systems using the tools your team already has—or needs to consolidate into—including:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Microsoft GitHub Copilot
  • OpenAI's ChatGPT
  • Atlassian's Software suite including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service management

That might mean untangling overlapping approval paths, consolidating disconnected tools into a single system of record, or redesigning workflows so AI actually reduces manual work instead of adding complexity. I can quickly learn any tool in your environment and help your team get real value from it.

The result isn’t just better software usage—it’s faster execution, clearer ownership, fewer handoffs, and systems that scale as your team grows. My goal is to remove friction from how work moves through your organization so leaders can focus on priorities instead of process.

He brings a rare mix of people, process, and tools without the drama. Jesse led our Copilot and ChatGPT rollout end to end and adoption actually stuck. On the tooling front, he took a messy Atlassian setup and turned it into a clean system that all of our teams actually use. - Sandro Jankovic, Solution Director at BlueModus.

We’ll look at where work is slowing down and identify where simplification would have the biggest impact.
