This really nails my experience as I’ve tried to cut through the noise and headlines of what AI will be while making it work for me today. The hype created the expectation of plug and play but curiosity is the key to unlocking potential. We give space to our flawed workflows because they feel familiar while getting frustrated in change for it’s lack of perfection in our first attempts.
It’s all an incredible opportunity for the curious to excel and bring a new level of care, knowledge and service to the real people they support.
