I’ve had a front row seat to Microsoft’s evolving Microsoft 365 Copilot platform after a recent migration to Microsoft Teams. In meetings last week, the Meeting Facilitator and AI Notes features really stood out. The facilitator gently kept us on track, flagging remaining agenda items and open questions. Meanwhile, real-time AI notes captured summaries while I focused on contributing. No awkward gaps while trying to keep up on notes. After the meeting, I had a recap with clear decisions, open questions, and suggested action items. It wasn't a bunch of AI filler text to sort through and required minimal cleanup.It’s a small shift, but it made a big difference in how engaged I could be and genuinely felt like I could rely on it.
